Children will attend special enrichment once a week. This is a time to explore and develop the unique gifts God has given each child. This enrichment time will include library, music, science and Art. Each activity will be given on a rotating basis. When visiting the preschool library the children have story time and are assisted in checking out books. Music includes singing and experimenting with different instruments and the art enrichment projects will expose the children to creating with different media. During the science lesson the children will learn more about the world around them. Animals, nature and basic science concepts geared for their level are introduced along with fun activities and experiments.
In March, we will celebrate the arrival of Spring. We get to have fun with Dr. Seuss' birthday, sharing some of his famous and festive green eggs and ham! We will also explore good nutrition and healthy eating habits, learning how to take care of the bodies God has given us.
